These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 888King ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or places any wager through the website located at https://888king.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and related services.

888King provides online casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, and related gaming entertainment products to eligible players. • "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of wagers that must be placed using bonus credits before those credits or resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under anti-money laundering compliance obligations, typically involving submission of a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of 888King, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyber-attacks, telecommunications failures, or pandemic-related disruptions.

To register and maintain an account on 888King, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 888King. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, Malaysian residential address (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or other), email address, and mobile phone number. Submission of false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 888King will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you notify us of any unauthorised access.

Upon completing registration, you may be required to undergo KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), or a valid passport in conjunction with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your Malaysian residential address.

888King supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods designed to provide convenient and efficient fund management for all registered Players.

Accepted Deposit Methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — compatible with Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other participating Malaysian banks), direct bank transfers, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer. No transaction fees are charged by 888King on any domestic Malaysian deposit method.

Withdrawal Requests are processed by 888King's payments team in good faith and without unreasonable delay. Processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 2–5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes apply during normal operating hours and are not guaranteed during periods of high transaction volume or network maintenance.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 888King account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 888King reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal fraud or anti-money laundering review thresholds.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless expressly varied by a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only.
• One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus credits and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been satisfied, unless the Player elects to forfeit the bonus through the account management interface.
• 888King reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted and partially completed a promotion's wagering requirement at the time of modification will be permitted to complete it under the original terms.

All wagers placed on 888King are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event in question, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining directly to game mechanics and outcomes.

For sports betting, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and all other listed events, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are only valid if accepted prior to the official kick-off or event start time, unless the market is explicitly designated as an in-play or live betting market.
• 888King reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous odds price caused by a technical malfunction or data feed error. Affected Players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the relevant sports section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are published in the sportsbook. 888King reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to any Player's account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of professional or syndicate betting behaviour.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return percentage and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a given session. 888King does not modify RTP settings on any game after the title has been made available to Players.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 888King platform. Violation of any provision in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, including use of different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's functionality.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, bug, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify such errors are obliged to report them to support immediately. Winnings derived from known errors may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other conduct designed to disguise the origin or destination of funds transacted through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in table games or live dealer sessions to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account details without their express authorisation.

No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any 888King intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 888King. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be pursued through civil and criminal legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888King shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from game outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or Force Majeure events.

888King does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. While we invest substantially in our technical infrastructure to ensure high availability, periodic maintenance, unexpected downtime, or external network failures may affect accessibility. In such circumstances, 888King will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and, where appropriate, will refund any bets that were irrecoverably affected by system failures.

In no event shall 888King's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by You: You may close your 888King account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be either completed or forfeited. Your verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by 888King: 888King reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A Player has been identified as a minor;
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or reputational risk to 888King.

Where an account is closed by 888King for a reason other than Player misconduct, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player. Where closure is due to Player misconduct, 888King reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

In the event of any dispute relating to the outcome of a game or sporting event, 888King's internal records — including server-side logs, RNG certification records, and sportsbook data feeds — shall be considered the primary source of evidence. 888King's dispute resolution decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with published rules.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

888King reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to your registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 888King platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
